Here are the details on our sessions:
Session 1 – “What’s New in Microsoft Teams – Spring 2022 Edition” – The changes and updates to Microsoft Teams continue to be delivered! Learn about the latest updates in this session.
Session 2 – “Contact Centers” – In this session, we’ll dive into the current state of Microsoft Teams automated attendants and call queues, as well as discuss how to know when you’ve crossed the line into needing a full contact center solution. We’ll also discuss some typical types and features of various contact center solutions to help you get started.
