Please join us for our in-person Q2 meeting for the Microsoft Teams Users Group in the Tampa Bay area!

Session 1 – “What’s New in Microsoft Teams – Spring 2022 Edition” – The changes and updates to Microsoft Teams continue to be delivered! Learn about the latest updates in this session.

Session 2 – “Contact Centers” – In this session, we’ll dive into the current state of Microsoft Teams automated attendants and call queues, as well as discuss how to know when you’ve crossed the line into needing a full contact center solution.  We’ll also discuss some typical types and features of various contact center solutions to help you get started.

Food will be provided, as will door prizes courtesy of the Microsoft Teams User Group and our sponsors.
